Drinking up to 4 cups of coffee a day, poses no health risks

As coffee has become more and more popular, the worry of the effect it has on our health has also risen. However, according to a recent study, drinking up to four cups of coffee a day, has no health risks whatsoever.

The study was completed by analysing over 740 past studies, which shows the depth of their analysis. These studies highlighted risk to bones, the heart, the brain, the reproductive system and toxicity of the body. The study revealed that consuming 4 cups of coffee a day (400g of caffeine) has no negative effect to your health, as long as this amount is not exceeded.

However, as the amount of caffeine in each coffee can vary and caffeine is present in other products such as tea, it is important to keep track of your consumption.

So it appears that as long as you drink your coffee in moderation, it won’t pose any risk to your health any time soon.
