Miko Coffee has an  exciting  opportunity  for a full  time  Service Coordinator to join the team at our Sheffield branch.

We are an international coffee service organisation with operations in a dozen European countries and roasting facilities in Belgium and the U.K. We specialise in tailored solutions for the out of home customer, providing the finest coffee and hot beverages, world class coffee machines, and the highest levels of account management, technical and service and coffee quality support.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a busy customer led environment
  • Previous Experience in the Coffee Service Industry in a technical role (not essential)
  • Meticulous and organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
  • Knowledge of SAP system (not essential)
  • Good Geographical knowledge of UK


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Operate the helpline and e-mail, dealing with customers and internal queries relating to the technical service department.
  • Ensure efficient route planning and job allocation for field service engineers
  • Monitor the departments overtime budget to meet quarterly budgets
  • Ensure customer service levels are met
  • Help maximise the departments sales revenue.
  • Planning and booking installs of equipment.
  • Monitoring on Call Rota and Holiday planning for Engineers
  • Planning of preventative maintenance and water filter changes with the customers

Invoicing with processing for Technical Service

  • Ordering and Monitoring Spare Parts
  • Ensuring Accurate information is maintained in SAP / Syclo relating to the department
