POSITION:  Technical Service Supervisor

BRANCH:    Cornwall and South West

We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Service Co-ordinator to join our Branch Office in Redruth, Cornwall. The position involves general day to day running of the engineering diary & all admin associated with it

The ideal candidate MUST have the following key skills & experience:

  • Excellent customer care, friendly phone manner & good listening skills
  • Excellent people skills- both with engineers & customers
  • A good geographical knowledge of Devon and Cornwall
  • Have the ability to be re-active in a very busy department
  • Have good organisational and time management skills
  • Be able to build rapports with customers at all levels
  • Have a calm disposition
  • Be reliable and have the passion to succeed in looking after our existing customer         base


On a daily basis they will be taking emergency calls from our customers and then planning and co-ordinating the jobs with the Service Engineers.

A competitive rate of pay is available depending on experience.
