Cornish Coffee has an exciting opportunity for a Coffee Consultant to join our busy training team.  The ideal applicant will be a hard working enthusiastic individual who is energetic and extremely customer driven.  The role is largely field based in and around Cornwall.

Cornish Coffee is part of an international organisation that specialises in tailored solutions for out-of-home customers, providing world class coffee machines, the finest coffee and the highest quality of technical service.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Have excellent Barista skills
  • A high level of knowledge in coffee
  • Have the ability to set grinders and make minor adjustments to coffee machines
  • Excellent customer care & organisational skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have train to train experience
  • Be outgoing, confident and self driven
  • Experience with quality control cupping related to speciality roasting (not essential)
  • Sales skills would be an advantage
  • Must have a full clean driving licence

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Customer visits to conduct coffee quality audits and barista training sessions
  • Giving training and coffee presentations to staff and clients
  • There will also be an element of range selling involved with the ability to earn commission

A competitive rate of pay and OTE is available depending on experience.
