Rainbow coffee is exactly what you think it is and it is just as great to drink as it is to watch being made.

The person behind these wonderful creations is Mason Salisbury, who is a barista at Sambalatte in Las Vegas. Not only is this a great product to be sold but the concept behind it is actually a very useful tool in aiding the development of your latte art skills. The only ingredients needed to practice is milk and food dye. The food dye helps you track the way in which the milk is moving, when pouring a normal latte, but without wasting multiple amounts of precious espresso in the process. Not only that, but it makes your coffee look pretty as well.

Above you can see some examples of Mason’s work but to see his whole range of designs and videos, go check out his Instagram account: ibrewcoffee.
